AV Farm stay

“Very nice farmhouse but extremely bad service and amenities. We stayed here on the 24th of December. The house was clean, very well maintained but the services ruined the entire experience. The chef or staff there were extremely unhelpful and reluctant to serve. They said they had only one burner stove to cook in their room. The gas stove in the farmhouse doesn't come with a gas cylinder for us to cook. The food they cooked from all our supplied items were extremely bad. They dont have the barbecue that's proper. The small one they had is setup incorrectly and they dumped charcoal only to make it unusable. The pool they had was still not cleaned from the previous day, where there appears to be some religious ceremony that had coconut and flowers in the pool. One of the geysers in ensuite wasn't working & the flush on the toilet was malfunctioning. The AC remotes didn't have batteries in them for us to use. It was too cold and we wanted to set the temperature in the night but couldn't and had a freezing night stay as a result. If the owner can appoint good staff who are a little more professional or helpful and can cook good food or provide or inform customers on what to bring in advance, this can be a better experience. 2 stars for the clean and tidy house. Anyone booked for post 25th December, plan ahead so that your stay isn't disappointing.”

“Ambient and quite elegant. A place that offers tranquility and serene environment far from the din of the city and its dissenting atmosphere. Perfect getaway for hosting a party or to spend quality time with family A must to experience "Ala Vaikuntapuram"!”

“We spent 3 days at the this beautiful tranquil villa with friends. The decor and furnishings at this villa was luxurious and comfortable. We had a good time around the bonfire after dinner, playing games and dancing The pool was clean and the lawn was just the right size to play cricket or badminton. On the whole this was a 5 star experience. I would definitely recommend this Villa for a getaway from the hustle bustle of life.”
