About M farms

In Yethbarpalle, a village in the Moinabad area, M farms offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms for groups of up to 25 people. The price covers 20 guests, so many groups will not need to pay for extra heads at all. Air-conditioned rooms are listed among the amenities. The full farmhouse costs ₹18,000 a night from Monday to Thursday and ₹20,000 from Friday to Sunday, before taxes. That is at the higher end of weekday prices for a three-bedroom farmhouse in Moinabad. Check-out is at 10 AM, and there is a ₹5,000 security deposit. Our concierge will confirm the check-in time when you book. There is a swimming pool and a smaller kids' pool. Reviewers liked the interiors and say the pool water was clear. Indoors you get carroms, chess, a TV, a projector and a party speaker. A bonfire costs ₹500, and a charcoal barbecue is also ₹500. The kitchen has utensils, a refrigerator and cooking gas, and a caretaker looks after the property. M farms is about 16 km from Chilkur Balaji temple, about 26 km from the Financial District and roughly 30 km from Gachibowli by road.
